On the Move Again
Here are some fifth graders showing their mastery of the "Chimes of Dunkirk" dance. This quarter, one of their goals is to perform folk dances from a variety of world cultures.

Who's playing long and short sounds?
Here is Ms. Nydick's class demonstrating performing their long and short sounds with triangles and rhythm sticks as they sing the American folk melody "Who's That Tapping at the Window?"

Exploring Long and Short Sounds
Ms. Dizelos' class was exploring long and short sounds with triangles and rhythm sticks to the song "Who's That Tapping at the Window." They played triangles on the half notes and rhythm sticks on the quarter and eighth notes, as they were all singing along.
